136份住院病例使用抗菌药物调查

Investigation on the Utilization of Antimicrobial Agents of 136 Gases of Hospitalized Patients

本文调查１３６份１９９２年４月出院的病历，以了解本院抗菌药物的使用情况。１３６份病历史有８２份使用了抗菌药物，共１３类３９种，居前４位的依次为青毒素类，头孢菌素类、氨基糖甙类及喹诺酮类；用药合理或基本合理占９７．７３％，不合理占２．２７％；药物利用指数均≤１，用药基本合理。

he use Of antimicrobial agents was investigated based on 136 caese of patients descharged from hospital in April 1992,82cases used antimicrobial agents(60.29%),39 antimicrobial agents were inclrded,penicillins,Cephalosporins,aminogly-cosides,quinolones and macrolides were mostly used. 97.73%were properly used and 2.27%abused. The Drug UntilizationIndex(DUI)were less or equal to 1.The results suggested that the utilization of antimicrobial agents was essentially rational.
