诊所法律教育若干基本问题研究

中国诊所法律教育在引进美国经验的同时,必须重视美国背景与中国环境之间的基本差异,兼顾技能培训与人文教育,处理好现实与理想的反差,解决成本难题,并协调好与其他实践教学法之间的关系,方能完成诊所法律教育的本土化。

While learning from American clinical experience, Chinese clinics shall pay attention to the fundamental differences between China and the United States, and balance the conflicts between: a) skills training and humanist education, b) ideality and the reality, c) cost and outcome, and d) clinical education and other practical teaching methods, in order to realize the localization of the clinical education in China.
