摘要
诊所法律教育价值对形成诊所法律教育目的具有决定性作用,诊所法律教育目的是诊所法律教育主体教育活动的定向机制。有了目的,诊所教育主体对诊所教育的运用就表现得更具体、更活跃。诊所教育主体的能动性和创造性围绕诊所教育目的这个核心展开。本文试分析诊所法律教育价值,使诊所法律教育紧密围绕法学教育和诊所法律教育目的展开。
The value of clinical legal education plays a decisive role in the determination of the purpose of clinical legal education which,in turn,functions as an orientation mechanism for the subjects of clinical legal education.Only with a purpose,can the subjects of clinical legal education carry out their activities in a more concrete and active way and give full play to their own initiatives and creativities.The paper analyzes the value of clinical legal education and explores ways to ensure that clinical legal education is carried out in accordance with the purpose of legal and clinical education.
