诺氟沙星胶囊在不同介质中的溶出度考察

以０，１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａｏＨ及ｐＨ４．０醋酸缓冲液为溶出介质，对４个厂家不同批号诺氟沙星胶囊进行了体外溶出度试验，结果在０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａｏＨ中６０ｍｉｎ累积溶出百分率为：８９．２５、９９．０７、９９．８４、７８．６２、９５．７２；在ｐＨ４．０醋酸缓冲液中６０ｍｉｎ累积溶出百分率分别为：６８．４４、８３．４０、９６．０７、９９．５８、７２．０６、９８．３５。统计结果说明不同厂家产品溶出累积百分率及溶出参数的具有显著性差异。
