摘要 在工业生产领域,生产设备的可靠性对工厂赢利能力具有很大的影响,这类生产设备如轧钢机、压力机、压缩机、泵、鼓风机等。同时,这些机械越来越多的采用了兆瓦级调速传动系统(VSDS)。因此,在上述应用领域,对调速传动系统的可靠性要求也变得格外高。本文对几种不同的大功率中压传动方案的可靠性进行了比较,如负载换相型逆变器、电压型逆变器和功率单元级联型变频器。作为一种提高可靠性的手段,对冗余的概念进行了介绍,同时也讨论了实现调速传动系统冗余的方法。除了器件可靠性和采取冗余措施外,不同的维护保养方法对于调速传动系统的可靠性也有一定的影响。最后,要本文给出了传动方案的选择和保养维护方法的建议。 In the field of industrial production,the dependability of the production equipment has very great influence on the profit ability of the factory,this kind of production equipment is such as rolling mill,press,compressor,pump,air-blower,etc. Meanwhile,more and more machinery have adopted grade of MW variable speed drive system(VSDS).So in above- mentioned application,the variable speed drive system dependability demand becomes extremely high too.This text pigeonhole to the dependability of several different high-power MV drive schemes,such as load change phases inverter,voltage inverter and power unit magnitudes of antithetical couplet inverter.As a kind of means to improve dependability,the redundant concept is introducted,at the same time that the realized method of variable speed drive system with redundant is discussed.Except the device dependability and take redundant measure,different mainte- nance maintain methods have certain influence to the dependability of variable speed drive system.Finally,this text provides the choice of drive scheme and suggestion to the method of maintenance.
