吲哚美辛锌的药物动力学研究

Study on pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of zinc-indomethacin capsules in healthy volumteer

本文用ＵＶ法测定健康成人口服吲哚美辛锌、吲哚美辛胶囊剂后的尿药浓度，以酸－碱法提取尿中吲哚美辛原形药，在２６５ｎｍ处测定吸收度，在４～３２ｕｇ／ｍｌ范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率＞９９．０％，日内及日间ＲＳＤ＜０．９２％，对６名健康志愿者口服给药后的药物动力学研究结果：吲哚美辛锌及吲哚美辛的药动学参数分别为，Ｔｍａｘ＝３．３２，１．８７（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｋ＝０．１２７３，０．１５３１（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｔ１／２＝５．４７，４．６１（ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｘｕ（ｍｇ）＝１０．９１，１３．１４（Ｐ＞０．０５）吲哚美锌的相对生物利用度为８３．０３％。

After a single administration of zinc-indomethacin 56mg,pharmacokinetic parameters wereTmax 3.32h,k0.1273,T1/25.47h,Xu∞10.91mg,Comparision of Tmax,K,T1/2 with indomethacin capsules showed a signifi- cunt difference (P<0.01,0.05),The relative biovailability of zinc-indomethacin capeules was 83.03%.
