单剂量吗丁啉对环孢素A药动学参数的影响

Study on the influence of single dose domperidone on the Pharamcokinetics of cyclosporine

本文研究同服吗丁啉（Ｄｏｍｐｅｒｉｄｏｎｅ）对６例肾移植初期病人口服环孢素Ａ药物动力学过程的影响，荧光偏振免疫法多抗试剂测定环孢素Ａ全血浓度，ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１药物动力学程序计算单服环孢素Ａ及环孢素Ａ与吗丁啉同服的药物动力学参数，ｔ检验比较两组主要动力学参数。研究结果表明：同服１０ｍｇ吗丁啉对环孢素Ａ口服吸收动力学无显著影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

ix patiens after renal transplantation were administered with cyclosporinc A(CsA)in one day(Ⅰ),or were coadminis-tered with domperidone(D)(Ⅱ)in other day. Concentration of CsA in whole blood was determined by Fluroescenee Polariza-tion Immunoassay(FPIA).Pharmacokinetic parameters were calculeted from PKBP-N1 program. Paried t-test was used tocompare parameters between tow administration methods. Results showed that D did not affect the pharmacokinetic proceduresof CsA.(P>0.05)。
