Determination of the blood concentration of etoposide in small cells lung carcinoma by HPLC

以甲醇：水（５５：４５）为流动相，在ＤＵＰＯＮＴＺＯＲＢＡＸ－ＯＤＳ反相柱上，以苯妥英钠为内标，建立了测定人血浆中鬼臼乙义甙的ＨＰＬＣ方法学。鬼臼乙义甙的平均回收率为８１．６８％，最低检出量为０．３μｇ／ｍｌ。方法简便，灵敏度高，专一性好。并进行了临床病人的血浓监测。方法可靠。

n Ep-HPLC method is described for the determination of etoposide in plasma. Plasma was extracted with cloroform,theorganic phase was separated. The procedure was simple. Etoposide was separated on a DU PONT ZORBAX-ODS columm, us-ing methanol-water(55:45 )as mobil phase. The detecion wavelength was 242nm. The limit of detection was 0.3ug/ml; theaveravge recovery was 81.7%.The method has been applied to the study on pharmacokinetics of etoposide produced in Chinain 6 small cells lung carcinoma volunteers
