复方小金液的质量标准研究

本文对复方小金液中的生物碱；有机酸、氨基酸等有效成分进行了理化鉴别实验；测定了乙醇的含量；采用酸碱滴定法、水蒸汽蒸馏法测定其总生物碱、有机酸和挥发油的含量；并应用薄层扫描法测定了复方小金液中马钱子碱的含量。

he Chemical consitituents such as alraioids、organic acids and amonic acids in compound Xiao Jin Liquor were analysed;The total alraloids、organic acids and essential oil were estimated,and the content of Brucine was determined by TLC-scan-ning.
