月桂氮卓酮对咪康唑霜透皮扩散作用的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究了月桂氮草酮对咪康唑霜透皮扩散作用的影响。考察了氮酮在不同浓度下、以离体鼠皮为透皮屏障、咪康唑霜对涂有霉菌琼脂培养基的扩散作用。实验结果表明:含5种不同浓度氮酮的咪康唑霜,其抑菌圈直径均小于不含氮酮的样品,且随着氮酮浓度递升(1.2、1.8、2.4%),其抑菌圈直径与不含氮酮样品相对照,在统计学上有显著性(P<0.05)或极显著性差异(P<0.01)。 ffect of azone(laurocapramum)on percutaneous penetration of miconazole cream was studied. Through hairless ratskin,the penetration effect of miconazole cream with different concentration of azone on agar culture medium coated withmould was investigated. The experimental results showed that diameters of bacterium-in-hibition circles obtained from theeream containing azone were smaller than those containing no azone,and with the increase of azone concentration(1.2,1.8and2.4%),the diameters of those circles differed obviously(P<0.05) or extreme obviously(P<0.01)in statistics as com-paired with those samples which were without azone.
