摘要
本文报道了用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定紫红獐牙菜(SwertiapuniceaHemsl.)中獐牙菜苦甙含量的方法。生药的甲醇提取液直接进样,采用SpherisorbC185μm柱,以甲醇-水(1:4)为流动相,流这0.8ml/min,检测波长254nm。用外标法定量,测定了不同产地紫红獐牙菜药材和植株不同部位中獐牙菜苦甙的含量。平均回收率为100.1%,变异系数(RSD)为1.2%。
he determination of swertiamarin in swertia punicea hemsl by RP-HPLC is reported .The chromatograph consisted of a schimadzu LC-5A pump,SPD-2A UV-detecter,a schimadzu R-112 data processor and a spherisorb C18 5μm column.0.25g of the powdered drug was accurately weighed and mixed with 20ml of methanol,refluxed for 40min in an ultrasonic generator.Methanol was added to 25ml,then filtered,5μm of the filterate was injected and eluted with methanol-water (1:4) at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min.The peaks were detected at 254nm,the content was calculated automatically by the data processoz. The method was simple and accurate.
