摘要
薄荷醇在离体裸鼠皮肤可以明显增加水杨酸和氟脲嘧啶的透皮吸收率。在正常人前臂内侧皮肤增加氟轻松和氯氟舒松经皮吸收,并存在剂量效应关系。在整体兔,使水杨酸经皮肤吸收入血明显增加,其CmaxAUC0-12h分别提高151%和87.2%。提示薄荷醇是一种透皮促进剂。
n vitro experiments showed that menthol increased the percentage of percutaneous absorption of salicylic acid and fluo-rouracil significantly. The potency of 3% menthol was different from that of 1.5% menthol, which suggested enhanced percu-taneous penetration with mentol on skin in vitro and showed the concentration-dependency . The human skin blanching assay in-dicated that menthol enhanced the bioavailability of percutaneous penetraion of fluocinolone acetonide, halcinonide significant-ly. The potency of 3%menthol was different from that of 1.5% menthol significantly。 The 3%menthol increased the absorp-tion of percutaneous penetration of salicylic acid in rabbit, with Cmax and AUC0-12h of the plasma concentra -tion of salicylic acid increased by 151%and 87.2%, respectively, which suggested enhanced percutaneous penetration with menthol on human and rabbit skin in vivo. The results indicaed that menthol was a percutaneous penetration enhancer .
