摘要
本文应用双波长分光光度法，在２５９ｎｍ、３１２ｎｍ和３５２ｎｍ波长处测定复方洗必泰漱口液中洗必泰和甲硝唑的含量，回收率分别为９９．７５±０．６２％和９９．９７±０．９３％。此法适宜于医院制剂分析。
he determination of hibitane and metronidazole in taixiao gargle has been performed using double wavelength spectropho-tometry at 259nm,312nm and 352nm. The average recovery was 99.75± 0.62%and 99. 97± 0.93%respectively.Themethod was suitable for hospital pharmacy.
