双波长分光光度法测定三氮唑核苷滴眼液的含量

Determination of ribavirinum in eye drop by dual wave- length spectrophotometry

本文采用双波长分光光度法测定三氮唑核苷滴眼液含量，可消除其中尼泊金乙酯的干扰，直接测定三氮唑核苷的含量，测定波长为２０７ｎｍ，参比波长为２７０ｎｍ，平均回收率为１００．５９％，ＲＳＤ为０．２０％。该方法快速简便，结果准确。

he application of dual wavelength spectrophotometry to the determination of ribavirinum in eye drop was reported. Themethod could eliminate the interference from ethylparaben. The detection wavelength was 207nm,reference wayelength was270nm.The avevage recovery of was 100.6%RSD was 0.20%. The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
