口服舒林酸胶囊剂和片剂的相对生物利用度

ABSTRACTS OF ORIGINAL ARTICLE Relative bioavailability of sulindac capsules

８名健康受试者口服２种不同厂家生产的舒林酸胶囊剂和片剂，以ＨＰＬＣ法测定其血药浓度，经“ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１”药动学程序计算表明，口服宁波制药厂舒林酸胶囊剂的相对生物利用度为０．９５，经统计分析两制剂ＡＵＣ间无显著性差异，说明具有生物等效性。

The bioavailability of sulindac capsules was investi in a crossover trial in 8 healthy volunteers after oral administra-tion of two kinds of capsule and tablet.The sulindac plasma-concentration was measured by HPLC method,the pharmacokinet-ic parameters were calculated by pharmacokinetic program“PKBP-N1”. the relative bioavaitability of sulindac capsules was0.95,datas of AUC from comparative bicavailability were analyzed by the analysis of variance,bayesian,westlade and thetwo one-sided testedprocedure, the two kinds of preducts were bioequivalent.
