摘要
为揭示云南省啮齿类动物携带的汉坦病毒的基因型及亚型,从来自云南的7个免疫荧光检测阳性的鼠肺标本中提取出病毒RNA,通过逆转录和巢式PCR获得了M片段G2区.序列分析表明,云南省内啮齿类动物携带病毒多为SEO型,且SEO型病毒间较为保守,相似性为93.7%~99.7%,且多在97%以上,系统发生树分析表明,云南省内SEO型病毒在构建的种系发生树上处于两个分支,分属于S1及S3亚型.
To understand the genetic type and subtype of Hantaviruses carried by rodents in Yunnan,Hantavirus RNA isolated from lungs of rodents captured in Yunnan and positive with Hantavirus antigens with frozen sectioning and immunofluorescent assay,were reverse-transcribed and then amplified with nested-PCR with Hantavirus -specific primers. The analysis and comparison of M segment (G2)from 7 samples indicated that Hantaviruses carried by rodents in Yunnan are mainly SEO genotyge,and the nucleotide sequence homology of them are very high,(93.7?%)~99.7?%,and mainly more than 97?%.Phylogenetic tree analysis show that SEO-type Hantavirus in Yunnan are located in two different branchs,belonged to S1 and S3 subtype respectively.
