河北省2004年提出并实施了全省采供血和临床输血管理信息系统建设,实现了全省采血、供血、临床输血等血液信息的共享、控制、交换和统计分析等,使全省的血液采集、检验、成份制备、血液储存运输、临床用血等实现了全封闭的网络化管理。

It has been developed and practice information management system for blood collection and clinical blood transfusion in Heibei Province in 2004. This system can share, control, exchange and analyze blood information of collection, supply and clinical blood transfusion. The system contributes network management of blood collection, test, component making, blood store and transfer, and clinical blood transfusion total-closed.
