摘要
目的探讨不稳定性骨盆骨折开放复位内固定手术配合的方法。方法针对24例病情的特点,从以下几方面进行手术配合:(1)对病人作心理安慰。(2)向手术医生了解拟行的手术方式,做好配合手术的心理准备及器械准备。(3)摆好手术体位。(4)抗休克及其他损伤的处理配合。(5)骨盆手术操作中的配合。结果24例中23例术后恢复满意,另1例为骨盆环2处损伤,手术仅固定1处,术后出现固定处螺钉松动。结论虽骨盆骨折开放复位内固定术有一定难度,但手术护士如能做好充分准备,术中密切配合,则可帮助医生顺利完成手术。
Objective To discuss the methods of operation cooperation for the unstable pelvic fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Methods Based on the features of 24 cases of pelvic fractures, to make operation cooperation from several aspects as following:①The comforts of the patient mental state; ②intends to surgical operation doctor′s understanding a line surgical operation methods, the mental state that work well to match with the preparation of surgical operation and the apparatus;③operative postures; ④anti-shock and other harms handles match; ⑤cooperations among the doctors during pelvic operation. Results Of 24 cases, 23 patients recovered satisfactively, another 1 case with pelvis wreath 2 harms, only 1 place were fixed, after operation it appeared the screws loosens to move. Conclusion Although the open reduction and internal fixation for pelvic fractures contains certain difficulty, the nurse can help the doctor to complete the surgical operation smoothly if they can make full preparation and close match during the operation.
