摘要 目的探讨早期肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤大鼠胃黏膜能量合成的影响。方法建立大鼠重型颅脑损伤模型,随机分为早期肠内营养组(EN)、单纯损伤组(I)和正常对照组(C)。采用高效液相色谱法检测胃黏膜组织腺苷酸含量,并计算能荷。结果EN组和I组的ATP含量在伤后明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。EN组和I组相比,除6h以外的时相点,EN组ATP含量明显高于I组(P<0.05)。2组对能荷水平均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤后胃黏膜高能磷酸化合物明显减少,早期肠内营养可增加胃黏膜能量贮备,对胃黏膜具有细胞保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on gastric mucosal energy synthesis in severe brain injury rats. Methods To set up the model of severe brain injury rats, and rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: early enteral nutrition(EN) group. The severe brain injury of rats was produced by gas percussion. The size of adenylic acid pool(ATP、ADP、AMP) in gastric mucosa was measured by high performance liquid chromatography and energy charge were calculated according to formula. Results (1)The contents of ATP in both experimental groups were all fluctuated at much lower level than those in control group, and the contents of ATP exhibited significant decrease in I group as compared with EN group at all time points except post injured 6 h. (2)Both EN and I groups have no significant difference at energy charge of the gastric mucosa. Conclusions Energy phosphates of gastric mucosa are obviously decreased after severe brain injury, early enteral nutrition can increase energy reserve and have cytoprotective effect of gastric mucosa.
