The rural primary organizations of the CPC constitute its foundation for doing all its work and building up it combat effectiveness in rural areas, which is the guiding core for all kinds of organizations and work.. Adhering to the leadership by the CPC and giving full play to the role of village organizations of the CPC as the leadership core, which is decided by the nature of the CPC and its position as the ruling party, and which is the guarantee of promoting the reform, steady development in rural areas. So it is of very important significance to promote the self-building of the rural primary organizations of the CPC,fully strengthen the vanguard and examplary role of the members of the CPC and to lead the people to work hard to build a well-off society.
