Improving the Governing Capability of the CPC and Building a Clean Government and Fighting against Corruption

反腐倡廉是否取得成效关系到党的执政能力的强弱,当前反腐倡廉工作存在的问题不利于提高党的执政能力。

Combat corruption has a bearing on improving the governing capability of the CPC. Now some existing problems in combat corruption can not help to improve the governing capability of the CPC. So we must fight more vigorously against corruption so as to improve the governing capability of the CPC in accordance with the instructions of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee.
