建设“和谐大连”的路径选择

On the way to constuct "Harmonious Dalian"

构建和谐社会,建设"和谐大连"不仅需要理念上的一致和认同,更需要路径上的选择和探索。本文从社会学视野论述建设"和谐大连"的三条路径:一是转变政府职能:构建政府、市场、公民社会的良性互动模式;二是破解"三农"难题:构建可持续发展的农村和谐社会模式;三是激活"文化"活力:构建具有持久回报和整体升值的城市品牌模式。

In this paper,I put forward the viewpoint:there are three ways to construct 'Harmonious Dalian'.First,is to transit the function of government,and construct virtuous interaction mode among government,market and citizen society.Second,is to expose the truth of the puzzle of 'Agriculture?Countryside and Farmers',and construct a sustainable and harmonious social mode in countryside.Third,is to activat the energy in culture, and construct lasting repay and whole appreciation mode of name brand.
