几种纳米/PA6复合材料摩擦及加工性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过共混改性的方法制得纳米复合材料,在MPX-销-盘式摩擦实验机上测试复合材料的摩擦性能,分析了各种不同的纳米粒子Al2O3,ZnO,SiO2对PA6复合材料摩擦性能的影响,同时研究了载荷对材料性能的影响以及在哈克流变仪(HAAKE)上的Al2O3/PA6复合材料加工性能的变化.结果表明:三种不同的纳米复合材料的摩擦性能得到了很大的提高,但当纳米粒子的质量含量大于6%时,材料的摩擦系数变化不大,比较而言,纳米SiO2粒子的PA6复合材料的摩擦性能最好.纳米粒子对复合材料的加工性能也有很大的影响,当复合材料中的纳米Al2O3质量含量为10%时,材料的转子扭矩力提高将近1倍. It prepared nano-composites by mechanical blending, tested friction and wear properties on MPX chip-pan wear tester, analyzed the influences of different PA6 composites mixed with nano-Al2O3, nano-ZnO and nano-SiO2 on the friction coefficient and abrasive resistance, and on the same time, the loads on the composites and the processability changes on the HAAKE flow-ability machine also have been studied. As a result, the friction and wear properties of the three kind of composites have been improved greatly, but it changed lightly when the composites had more than 6% nano-particle. Especially the properties of PA6 composites filled with nano-SiO2 were best. When the nano-Al2O3 was added into the material, it greatly affected the rheological behavior of the nano-composites and the torque of the composite was one time than that of PA6 after material was mixed with 10wt% nano-Al2O3.
