摘要
针对我国航空涡轮发动机钛合金叶片强化抛光的现状,通过理论建模动力学分析计算,设计并试制出无导轨支承的三维振动强化抛光设备。三维振动强化抛光是一种新的强化抛光加工技术,通过试验证明,该技术解决了航空涡轮发动机钛合金叶片强化抛光的加工难点。
According to the present status of strengthening and polishing technologies of Ti Alloy turbine blade of aeroengine in China, the 3D vibration strengthening and polishing equipment without guide support is designed and trial-manufactured through theo-rical modeling dynamics analysis and calculation. 3D vibration strengthening and polishing technologies are new machining processes. Test results show that this technology can overcome the machining difficulties of Ti alloy turbine blade strengthening and polishing of aeroengine.
