摘要
用电子束扫描加热的方法对具有毛细管板接头的不锈钢结构件进行钎焊是非常有效的。本文通过有限元分析的方法讨论了不同电子束扫描轨迹对钎焊温度场的影响;通过工艺试验结果与模拟结果的比较,证明了二者具有较好的一致性。
It is very effective to use the scanning electron beam (EB) heating to braze the stainless steel structural part with capillary-to-plate joints. The influence of different EB scanning tracks on the brazing temperature field is discussed by the finite element analysis method. The comparison of technical test results with simulation data shows their better consistency.
