摘要
以自制的高纯超细Ce-TZP/Al2O3复合粉为原料,采用无压和热压两种烧结工艺制备Ce-TZP/Al2O3复相陶瓷,分析了两种烧结工艺对材料的组织与性能的影响,并采用X射线衍射法对样品的烧结表面和断口进行物相分析,探讨样品在外加应力作用下产生的应力诱导t-ZrO2→m-ZrO2相变增韧效应。
The bulk composite ceramics are prepared from synthesized high pure and superfine Ce ?TZP/Al2O3 powder by pressureless-sintering and hot -pressing sintering respectively. Meanwhile, the influences of two sintering methods on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ce - TZP/Al2O3 ceramics are analyzed and the microstructure of sintered sample surface and fracture is analyzed by X-diffractometry, and the t - ZrO2 →m- ZrO2 transformation toughening effect induced by the external stress of sample is investigated.
