阐述了质量管理八项原则的基本内涵和相互关系,它是企业推进质量管理的基础和贯彻ISO9000(2000版)标准必须遵循的基本准则,为企业整体化管理提供了一条正确的思路。
The basic connotation and the interrelation of eight principles of quality management are discussed, which are basic guiding principles and must be complied when advancing quality management and implementing ISO9000 (2000 edition) standards in enterprises. A correct thought of integrated management of enterprise is put forward in the paper.
