摘要
随着精料水平的提高,莱钢1#高炉通过提高风温、富氧大喷吹相结合,改进操作方式,加强设备管理,采用先进设备等措施,使入炉焦比从1998年的518kg/t降低到目前的360kg/t.。
Measures are adopted in Laigang No.1 BF along with the improving of beneficiated material level, such as raising blast temperature, using oxygen combined with coal injection, improving operation mode, strengthening equipment management, adopting advanced equipments, etc. As a result, the coke ratio is reduced from 518kg/t in 1998 to 360kg/t at present.
