摘要
介绍了莱钢3#750m3高炉配备的“卡鲁金”顶燃式热风炉的内部结构和工艺特点。实践表明,在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,该热风炉的送风温度可达到1150￣1200℃,为高炉降低焦比发挥了重要作用。
The inside structure and process characteristics of the top-firing hot blast stove equipped for Laigang No.3 750m3 BF is introduced. The practice show that on the condition of burning blast furnace gas simply, the blast temperature of the hot blast stove can reach to 1150~1200℃. The hot blast stove plays an important role in reducing coke ratio.
