介绍了莱钢1#1880m3高炉采用碳素制品砌筑的施工规范及验收方法。对于广泛应用于高炉砌体,特别是炉底、炉缸等高温无氧熔池部位的碳素制品,砌筑的施工规范、材料性能检验等是保障高炉砌筑质量的关键保障之一。
The construction specifications and acceptance-test procedures of brickwork applied with carbon products in Laigang 1880m3 BF are introduced. For the carbon products applied to the masonry envelope of BF, especially those pot crucible parts, like hearth and crucible with high temperature and oxygen-free, construction specifications for bricklaying and material property inspection are the key points for guarantee the overall quality of blast furnace brickwork.
