摘要
为了提高高炉料仓给料准确度,提出了利用变频器控制振筛的下料速度、通过软件过程控制进行动态补偿、硬件与软件联合控制三种方法,并在泰钢高炉上应用。结果表明,料仓给料准确度提高,下料偏差由10%降低到2%。
In order to improve the raw material supplying accuracy of BF bin, three ways are put forward which are using frequency transformer to control the blanking speed of vibration screen, dynamic compensating by software process controlling and controlling associated with hardware and software. The ways are applied on BF at Taigang, the result show that the supply accuracy is improved, and the deviation is reduced from 10% to 2%.
