摘要
为了满足高炉增加循环水量的要求,运用射流——尾迹三元流水泵叶轮设计方法对莱钢2#750m3高炉软水循环泵进行改造。改造后,2#750m3高炉炉体的循环流量达到1230m3/h,扬程60m,冷却强度提高,冷却壁寿命延长了2年,提高了系统运行的安全性,年节电效益13万元。
For satisfying the BF request of increasing circulating water, the soft water circulating pump of 2# 750m3 BF is transformed using designing method of fluid-wake three dimensional pump impeller. After transformation, the circulating water of 2# 750m3 BF is increased to 1230 m3/h, the head of circulating pump is increased to 60m, and the intensity of cooling is improved, the life of cooling stave is extended to 2 years, the system's operating security is improved, and the annual benefit of power economy is 0.13 million Yuan.
