关于天津市各类房屋拆迁纠纷案件的调查与思考

A Survey and Analysis on the Cases of D ismantling and Removing in Tianjin

近年来,人民法院受理的涉及房屋拆迁纠纷的民事、行政、行政非诉执行案件出现了明显上升趋势,此类案件涉及了一些深层次的法律问题和社会问题,案件的审理结果直接关系到人民群众的切身利益,影响着社会稳定。文章针对各类房屋拆迁纠纷案件存在的问题,进行了深层次的原因分析,提出了妥善处理各类房屋拆迁纠纷案件应注意的问题,并就预防和减少各类房屋拆迁纠纷提出了对策性建议。

In recent years,the people' s courts have accepted and h eard more and more cases,which were caused by the dismantling and removing.Thi s kind of cases related to some serious legal and social prob-lems,and the ou tcomes affected the p ublic interests and the stabilizati on of the society dire ctly.In this article,the authors discussed the p roblems in such cases,and an alyzed t he reasons.At the same time,the authors put forward some suggestion s on how to deal with,reduce,and prevent the cases of dismantling and removing .
