PHYSIOLOGICAL HETEROSIS FOR HYBRIDS OF CYTOPLASMIC MALE STERILITY IN SINGLE AND DOUBLE-LOW B. NAPUS

摘要 研究结果表明:1.杂种种子吸水快,水解(脂肪)酶活性强;2.杂种根系伤流量大,合成氨基酸量显著高于亲本;3.杂种光合面积大,叶绿素含量高,但光合速率与亲本差异不显著;4.酯酶同工酶的活性及强度与杂种优势有较密切的关系,出现互补或杂种酶带的组合,杂种的产量优势较强. The results indicated that: 1) The hybrid seeds absorbed water quickly. The activity of resoluble enzyme was stronger. 2)Root system of hybrids had higher bleeding,which could make more ammonia acid significantly than their parents. 3)The photosynthesis area and the chlorophyll content of hybrids had significant heterosis. However,there was no sisniflcant heterosis for intensity of photosynthesis, 4)There was a linkage between the activity and intensity of esterase isozyme and the yield heterosis. High heterosis crosses had hybrid bands or complementary bands.
