在春花生始花后20、30和40天.分别喷施3H-PP333,收获时茎、叶、根、种子和荚壳中PP333含量随着处理时间的推迟和处理次数增加而升高。在始花后30天处理一次的种子和荚壳内PP333含量,分别为67.7和113.7dpm·g-1Dw。荚壳的PP333含量多于种子。PP333在花生体内降解较快,在始花后20天经PP333处理.3天后根、茎和叶中PP333含量分别比处理后1天降低69.0%、68.0%和75.9%。叶片可能是PP333降解的主要器官。
Twenty, thirty and forty days after beginning flowering period, peanut plants were treated with 200mg. L-1PP333 respectively. In harvesting period, it is coordinated that the content of PP333 in all organs increased with treatment date delayed and treatment time increased. PP333 content in seed and shell was 67.7 and 113.7 dpm. g-1DW respectively with PP333 treatment in 30 days after beginning flowering period. The amount of PP333 in shell was more than in seed. PP333 degraded rapidly in peanut plant. The content of PP333 in root,stem and leaf in 3 days after treatment was less than that in 1 day after treatment by 69.0%, 68.0% and 75.9% respestively. Leaf may be a major organ in degarding PP333 compound in peanut plant.
