摘要
改进测定菜籽粕中硫甙含量的硫脲紫外吸收法（硫脲法），即用粗芥子酶代替精芥子酶，并探索其反应条件。制酶过程简化，不需用特殊仪器．快速、易于推广。
A thiourea-uv assay for total glucosinolate content in rape was improved. The crude myrosase was replaced by refined myrosase. The conditions for reaction were worked out,which simplified the process for tractiving and purifying myrosase.
