摘要
以高炉矿渣为主要原料,加入适量辅助原料,经过熔融、热态浇注成形得到基础玻璃,对其应用两级热处理工艺,获得主晶相为硅灰石的矿渣微晶玻璃。并运用DTA、SEM分析技术确定矿渣微晶玻璃的核化、晶化温度及矿物组成,比较热处理前后样品的微观结构。结果表明:以硅灰石为主晶相的矿渣微晶玻璃,其结构均匀致密、机械性能良好。
The major raw materials of the slag glass-ceramics is blast-furnace slag. The slag glass-ceramics can be obtained by the molten raw materials casting process and the heat-treatment process. The major crystalline phase is Wollaston-ite. DTA、SEM were used to ascertain the heat-treatment temperatures and characterize the phase compositions and compare the microstructures of original glass and the glass ceramics. Experimental results show that the major crystalline phase of the slag glass-ceramics is Wollastonite and the properties of the slag glass-ceramic are as required.
