植物激素对克服花生种间杂交不亲和作用的研究 被引量:1

EFFECT OF HORMONES ON OVERCOMING THE INCOMPATIBILITY IN INTERSPECIFIC CROSSES IN GENUS ARACHIS

摘要 用GA、IAA和Kn等植物激素为克服花生种间杂交(栽培种×Arachisglabrata)不亲和性,在不同发育时期以不同浓度进行处理。结果表明,GA处理平均出针率14.2%-33.3%,果针伸长8.7cm,子房膨大率75.0%;IAA处理子房膨大率87.2%;Kn处理促进荚果形成,成荚率12.5%-65.1%。 Hormones including GA, IAA and Kinetin were used to induce formation and growth of pegs and pods in some incompatible interspecific crosses between the cultivated groandnut and A. glabrata. The hormones with different concentrations were applied in different time after pollination. The GA increased the number of pegs by 14.2% to 35.3% with an average peg length of 8.7 cm,and 75% ovaries swelled in GA treatment. when IAA was also used after GA application, the ratio of swelling ovaries increased to 87.5%. Kinetin treatment improved the pod formation which ranged from 12.5% to 65.1%
