摘要本文剖析了现有研究的知识传导过程及模式,分析了知识传导的5种类型和9个层面的路径,总结了知识传导的规律,以提高知识的透明性、流动性和传导的有效性。 The paper reviews the research literatures on knowledge transfer processes and model,analyzes the knowledge transfer five types and nine paths.It generalizes the rules of knowledge transfer,which enhance the knowledge limpidity and liquidity and transferring validity.
