Research on the Development Strategy of Informationization and New High-tech Industry in Heilongjiang Province

本文在阐述黑龙江省信息化与高新技术产业发展概况的基础上,着重分析了该领域发展中所取得的一些成绩以及存在的不足,并针对这些问题提出了解决对策。最后,提出了以信息化促进高新技术产业带动黑龙江省经济发展这一战略思想。

Based on the explain of the informationization and the new high-tech industry in Heilongjiang Province,the paper analyzes some achievements obtained in above development and problems existing objectively.It also gives and produces some countermeasures to solve these problems.At last,the thesis proposes that the strategic thought of promoting economic development of Heilongjiang Province with the informationization driving new high-tech industry.
