摘要
本文分析了几个龙生型抗青枯病花生品种的抗性遗传属性和配合力效应.结果表明,龙生型抗源抗性呈部分显性,存在加性和非加性的遗传效应,抗性的显性程度高于珍珠豆型和多粒型抗源,而且存在明显的细胞质效应。
Several Chinese dragon varieties were used in this genetic study for resistance to bacterial wilt (Pseud omonas solanacearum) in this botanical type of cultivated groundnut (Arachis hypog d ea L. ). The resistance in dragon type was partially dominant,and the dominance magtitude was higher than that in spanish and valencia types. Both general and special combining abilities were important for the resistance. Cytoplasmic factors were found involved in the resistance in dragon type.
