介绍一种新的测定油菜籽中硫代葡萄糖甙的方法─蒽酮比色法。该法具有快速简便、准确度和精密度均高的特点，适用于育种中低世代材料的分析。
in rape breeding programs for high quality,glucosinolates in seed must be determined even from the early generations with a large number of samples. This paper describes a new approach by anthrone colorimetric analysis for determining glucosinolates. This method is a rapid one with simplicity and feasibility, which could be used in the early and mediumly advanced breeding generations.
