摘要
在四种不同温度下(50℃、60℃、70℃和80℃)研究了冰醋酸作用下环氧大豆油和环氧蚕蛹油的开环反应动力学。结果表明:油脂的开环反应速率与环氧油中环氧键浓度和醋酸浓度有关,开环反应动力学模型如下:r=k[Ep][HOAc] ̄(1、2),环氧大豆油和环氧蚕蛹油的开环反应活化能分别为15.17kcal·mol ̄(-1)和13.47kcal·mol ̄(-1)。
The kinetics of oxirane cleavage in epoxidized soybean oil(ESBO)and epoxidized silkwarmpupae oil(ESWO)has been studied with glacial acetic acid at 50,60,70and 80℃. The results indicated that therate of oxirane cleavage was depended on the concentrations of epoxidized oil and acetic acid,and the rateequation of oxirane clearage was found to be r=k[Ep][HOAc] ̄(1,2)The activation energy of oxirane cleavage was 15.17 and 13.47kcal/mol forESBO and ESWO,respectively.
