摘要
对吸粮机装置中的单筒型吸嘴进行了实验研究,得出吸粮机空载运行时,有二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴压力损失略低于无二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴压力损失;重载运行时在同一风速下,有二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴输送产量高于无二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴的产量.在本实验装置条件下,吸嘴风速为24m/s时,有二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴端口距料堆40mm时输送产量最高(Gs=0.34kg/s),无二次进风口的单筒型吸嘴端口距料堆50mm时输送产量最高(Gs=0.31kg/s).
<Abstrcat> The single piping type suction nozzle in the Pneumatic conveying was studied. The result showed the pressure losing with two times draught was slightly lower than that with no two times draught's while empty running. The output with two times draught was higher than that with no two times draught under the same wind speed while heavily loaded running. Using this experimental rig, the wind speed u=24 m/s, the interval Δ=40 mm, the output with two times draught was the highest (Gs=0.34 kg/s); the interval Δ=50 mm, the output with no two times draught was the highest(Gs=0.31 kg/s).
