摘要 本文较系统地介绍了醌类抗氧化剂的研究历史、现状和展望,并对其抗氧化机理作了较深入的探讨。 This paper introduced the history,recent state and future prospect of the research on quinone antioxidants systematically.The antioxidant mechanism were also discussed in rather detail.
