从一起案件的处理上暴露出了我国行政与执法体制中的一系列问题,并触发了我们对权力与权利关系的思考。我们要建立一个名副其实的社会主义法治国家可谓任重而道远。

A series of problems of administrational and enforcement law system were revealed by dealing with the case,and triggered the thought about relationship between power and right. It is a long way for us to go that we build a real socialist rule-by-law country.
