The Preparaton of Model XW 1 Rapid acid Value Measurement Instrument

本文发明了一种用电化学传感器和库仑计构成应用于油脂中的新式酸值测定仪。滴定剂碱是在ＫＢｒ溶液中在传感器的工作电极上产生，终点指示用酚酞，相当于库仑数的酸值在库仑计上读出，这种仪器具有准确度高、需要试样及试剂少、操作简便快速等优点。

A new acid value measurement instrument fabricated by electrochemical sensor and coulmeterand used in the oil has been developed in this paper.The titrant(OH )is produced in the KBr solution on thegenerrating electrode of sensor,The titrating end point is indicated by the phenolpthalein,The acid valuebe equivalent to the coulombs is readed off on the coulometer.The instrument have many advantages such ashigh accuracy,requiring less sample and chmical reagents and produce simple and rapid and so on.
