本文用索氏煮沸抽提法快速测定了酵母12个菌株的油脂含量,初步地探讨了不同酵母积累油脂的最佳培养期。
This pape gives the oil and fat’s content of the yeast’s 12 strains with soxhlet’s boiling rapid extraction way.And here the best culture time for yeast’s producing oil and fat has been explorared primarily.
