肌动蛋白是一种重要的细胞质蛋白质,但近来研究发现细胞核内也存在肌动蛋白.本文简要综述了肌动蛋白在细胞核内的存在和肌动蛋白参与基因转录的研究进展.

Actin is an important cellular protein.But recent studies have found that it also exists in the nucleus. This paper briefly reviewed the presence of nuclear actin and advances of its involving in gene transcription.
