本文从培养数学学习能力的意义和方法两方面阐述了为什么要培养学习能力和如何培养学生的学习能力,旨在提高学生学习数学的质量,培养高科技军事人才.
This article aims to illustrate why and how to cultivate students' competence of learning Maths from its significance and methods,whose target is to increase the students' learning quality of Maths and train the military talents with high science and technology.
